Salon Policies
01. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations:

Appointments can be scheduled in person, by phone, or online.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
02. Late Arrivals:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify your service to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

Consistent late arrivals may result in the need to prepay for future services.
03. No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for services or loss of booking privileges.
04. Service Satisfaction:

We strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 72 hours. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a resolution.

No refunds will be given, but we will offer adjustments or corrective services as necessary.
05. Health and Safety:

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

For the safety of all clients and staff, if you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
06. Personal Belongings:

Foil & Tone is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
07. Payment and Gratuity:

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

Gratuities are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment.
08. Children and Pets:

For safety reasons and the comfort of all clients, children and pets are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services.
09. Photo and Video Consent:

By signing below, you consent to Foil & Tone taking photographs or videos of your hair, nails, or other services for promotional or educational purposes. Your identity will not be disclosed without your permission.
